This Pressure Swing Adsorption Column
System is designed to demonstrate the
fundamental and working principles of pressure
swing adsorption. Air separation is used
as an example.
This unit consists of:
• Adsorption columns
• Adsorbents – zeolite and activated carbon,
molecular sieve
• Heating sleeves with insulation
• Vacuum pump
• Temperature, pressure and flow measurements
• Oxygen concentration measurement
